Markus Jackson M.A.Ed. serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Boys & Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley since January 2020, bringing a dynamic and results-oriented leadership approach to the organization. Previously, Markus held the role of Director of Organizational Development at Boys & Girls Clubs of America from August 2015 to February 2020. With a strong foundation in human resource development and organizational management, acquired through a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree from Tusculum University, Markus excels in driving organizational improvements, implementing best practices, and resolving complex human resource and operational challenges while motivating staff to achieve peak performance.
