Valerie Pearson has over 16 years of experience in operations management and program coordination, currently serving as Operations Project Manager & Administrator and Nutrition and Special Programs Manager at Boys & Girls Clubs of the Valley - Arizona since May 2007. In this role, Valerie manages a Federal child nutrition program that has provided over 2.5 million meals to youth, ensures compliance through staff training, and coordinates large-scale procurement processes. Valerie holds a Certificate in Project Management from the University of Phoenix and completed the American Express Leadership Academy at the ASU Lodestar Center. Previous experience includes positions as a Realtor and Administrative Assistant at Just Land Consultants and Navajo Land Real Estate, focusing on contract development and office management.
