Courtney Fritchen

Courtney Fritchen is the Director of Child Nutrition at Boys & Girls Clubs of Utah County, overseeing the organization's food assistance program and managing a $2.5 million budget. Prior to this role, Courtney worked as the Child Nutrition Operations Coordinator, where Courtney developed menus, managed orders, supervised employees, and oversaw the production of 3,000 meals daily. Courtney also worked as a Researcher at Nu Skin, where Courtney studied the effectiveness of nutritional porridge on children in a developing country. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science from Brigham Young University.
