Kevin Brown

Kevin Brown is an accomplished pastry chef with extensive experience in the culinary field, specializing in baking and pastry arts. Currently serving as a Pastry Chef Instructor and Supervisor at Boys Republic since September 2013, Kevin is dedicated to teaching children valuable baking skills and fostering a passion for the craft. Prior to this role, Kevin held positions as a Pastry Chef at Morongo Casino Resort & Spa from October 2012 to June 2013 and as Bakery Supervisor at Pechanga Resort & Casino from June 2002 to September 2012. Kevin's career began as Bakery Supervisor at VONS Grocery Store, where employment extended from June 1996 to June 2002.
