April Taggs has a diverse work experience. April started their career as an intern at Juvenile Court Services, where they worked under a Juvenile Court Officer to observe cases. April then took on the role of a Student Advocate at Project Response, where they provided resources and services to students and community members on the Peru State College campus. April also worked as a Behavioral Health Technician at Boys Town National Research Hospital, and as a customer service cashier at Hy-Vee, Inc. Additionally, they served as a Senior Summer Counselor at Riverside Lutheran Bible Camp. Their work experience spans from 2013 to the present.
April Taggs has a diverse education history. April attended Harlan Community High School from 2008 to 2012 and received their high school diploma. After that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing at Luther College from 2012 to 2014. Following their time at Luther College, they enrolled at Peru State College from 2014 to 2016 and obtained a degree in Criminal Justice. Their specific field of study at Peru State College was Criminal Justice and Administration/Counseling. In addition to their degrees, April also obtained two certifications.
