Sara Hansen

Sara Hansen has a diverse range of work experience. Sara started their career at HSBC Card Services in 1999, where they served as a Risk & Analytics Manager for six years. During this time, they managed direct marketing campaigns, developed regression models, and ensured regulatory compliance.

In 2007, Sara joined Genesis Financial Solutions as an Account Originations & Acquisitions Manager. Over the course of their tenure, they took on various roles, including Student Lending Program Manager, Risk & Analytics Manager, and Senior Servicing Operations Manager. In these roles, Sara was responsible for strategic loan program management, financial performance projections, and customer service and collections strategy.

Their most recent position was at Boys Town National Research Hospital, where they held several roles starting in 2017. Sara started as a Research Technical Project Manager and later became the Director of Research Initiatives. Currently, they are the Director of Research Operations, a position they have held since September 2022.

Throughout their career, Sara has demonstrated their expertise in research operations, strategic management, risk analysis, and customer service.

Sara Hansen obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Concordia College, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Sara then pursued a Master's degree in Mathematics from Montana State University-Bozeman, where they attended from 1996 to 1998.
