Semih Ugurluel is a seasoned professional in the automotive and railway industries, currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at Bozankaya A.Ş. since July 2017, overseeing the design and production of railway solutions and electric buses, while also managing financial and strategic operations as a deputy to the CEO. Prior experience includes leadership roles at MAN Truck & Bus AG, where responsibilities spanned from managing assembly departments to overseeing technology engineering, as well as group leadership roles at MAN Truck & Bus Türkiye. Semih's career began at Karsan Automotive and included internships at Renault Trucks and OTOKAR, providing a strong foundation in mechanical engineering, complemented by a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Gaziantep Üniversitesi and additional education from notable institutions such as the Middle East Technical University.
