Kaitlin Drake MSN, RN, NPD-BC serves as the System Director of Clinical and Professional Education at Bozeman Health, providing oversight and leadership for clinical staff education and competency assessment since October 2013. Previously held positions at Bozeman Health include System Manager of Clinical Education, Assistant Nurse Manager in the Intensive Care Unit, and Critical Care Nurse Educator, focusing on the delivery of high-quality care within critical care settings. Earlier experience includes serving as the Oncology Nursing Supervisor at Bozeman Deaconess Cancer Center and as a Registered Nurse at Benefis Health System and Billings Clinic. Kaitlin holds a Master's degree in Nursing Administration from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Montana State University-Bozeman.
