Divya Devaraj joined Bozzuto in 2018. In her former role as Director of Accounting, Mixed-Use, she designed and implemented a training program, which includes seasoned training leads and career mapping to ensure growth and development at every level of the team. This program will enable team members to gain the technical and leadership skills necessary to grow and excel within the department.
Divya began her career in public accounting at CohnReznick and later transitioned into the private sector, where she gained retail and mixed-used experience working for the Mills Corporation, Madison Marquette and later, Dupont Fabros. Divya earned an MBA and a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Pepperdine University.
