Girish Pashilkar is the CEO of BP Logix. Girish has previously served as a member of the board of directors for Efficient Forms, LLC and as the CEO of Workplace Answers.

Pashilkar has over 12 years of experience in the software industry. Girish started their career at Netreo, where they worked for two years before moving on to Efficient Forms. At Efficient Forms, they served as a member of the board of directors for four years. During their time at Efficient Forms, the company designed and developed cloud-based data collection automation software which integrated into a company’s human resource and hiring process.

In 2010, Pashilkar became the CEO of Workplace Answers. During their time as CEO, Workplace Answers became a market leader in the SaaS-based online compliance solutions. The company offered an online compliance management software platform and approximately 200 elearning courses to over 1,250 customers globally, representing more than 2.5 million learners.

Under Pashilkar’s leadership, Workplace Answers won several awards, including the Gold Brandon Hall Excellence Award and the American Business Awards’ Gold Stevie. The company was also featured on the Inc. 500/5000 list of fastest growing companies.

In 2017, Pashilkar left Workplace Answers to become the CEO of BP Logix. BP Logix is a software company that specializes in workflow automation and process management. The company’s products are used by Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and small businesses around the world.

Girish Pashilkar has a MS in Entrepreurship and General Management from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, a PGDM in Strategy and Finance from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
