Alden Netto has extensive experience in geophysics and education, having served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Texas Tech University from July 2015 to May 2017 and Baylor University from August 2017 to December 2019. Prior to these roles, Alden worked as a Tutor and Undergraduate Student Researcher at Northern Arizona University between September 2012 and May 2014, focusing on seismic analysis of the San Francisco Volcanic Field. In the industry, Alden held various positions at bp from January 2022 to January 2023, including Oil Solutions Geophysicist and Exploration Geophysicist, contributing to projects such as ACG Reservoir Development in Offshore Azerbaijan and Bay du Nord Project Development in Offshore Eastern Canada.
