Anannya Narain

Anannya Narain is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in the field, particularly in roles focused on employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development. Currently serving as the People and Culture Manager for Capability & Transformation in the Asia Pacific region at bp since April 2012, Anannya has also held positions as General Manager HR and Head of HR for Global Supply Chain & Employee Relations in India. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Castrol and Indian Oil Corporation Limited, where responsibilities encompassed policy implementation, learning and development, and compliance with statutory requirements. Anannya began a career in HR with a summer trainee role at Motorola India and holds a Master's degree in Human Resource & Organizational Development from the Delhi School of Economics.
