Anuja Thomas is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience across multiple sectors, currently serving as the AsPAC Early Careers Lead Advisor at bp since November 2021. Prior roles include Early Careers & Graduate Recruitment Lead for APAC at Deutsche Bank and Recruitment Manager at Oliver Wyman, where responsibilities encompassed strategic talent acquisition and managing recruitment processes in the Asia Pacific region. Anuja began a career in recruitment at Accenture as a Recruitment Specialist. Anuja holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management & Coaching from the University of Sydney, a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from the Madras School of Social Work, and a Bachelor's Degree in Arts with a focus on Psychology, Journalism, and Literature from Mount Carmel College, Bangalore University.
