Blaine K. is currently the Operations Automation Lead for Intelligent Operations at bp, where they jointly develop and execute the Intelligent Operations agenda focusing on IIoT and Robotics. Blaine previously served as an Operations Critical Telecom Engineer and Field Digital Infrastructure Manager at bp, managing substantial budgets and overseeing telecommunications services across major production facilities. They were also an Operations Manager at GCI, where they led teams on significant telecom projects, ensuring delivery on time and under budget. Blaine began their career as an Adjunct Faculty Member at the University of Alaska Anchorage, teaching management and computer applications courses. With a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from The College of William and Mary, Blaine exemplifies strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
