Charles Perrottet

Charles Perrottet currently serves as the Head of Strategy and Commercial Development for Australia & New Zealand at bp, with additional roles as GM - Global Mining Decarbonisation and Head of Commercial Fuels - Australia. With a career at bp starting in January 2014, Charles has held various leadership positions, including overseeing the national Commercial Fuels team and managing key dealer partnerships, handling significant financial responsibilities and strategic negotiations. Earlier experience includes roles as Regional Manager for Business Partnerships, Strategic Supply & Infrastructure Manager, and Government Affairs Manager, where Charles developed strong relationships with stakeholders and led major infrastructure projects. Prior to bp, Charles was the Deputy Chief of Staff for the NSW Government, advising on energy policy and privatization efforts, and held advisory roles in the Parliament of NSW and for Pacific Island nations. Charles holds a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Sydney.
