Chrystianto Mardi

Chrystianto Mardi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of petrophysics and geoscience, currently serving as a Principal Petrophysicist in the Subsurface Technology Team at bp since February 2012, focusing on BPX Energy’s US unconventional assets. Previously, Chrystianto held roles as a Principal Improve Geoscientist in the Haynesville Business Unit, as well as a Principal Petrophysicist for exploration and business development projects. Prior to joining bp, Chrystianto worked at Repsol as a Senior Petrophysicist, where responsibilities included advanced petrophysical interpretation and core-log integration. Earlier experience includes positions at Schlumberger in Kuwait and Indonesia, where Chrystianto specialized in petrophysical data integration and reservoir characterization. Academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor's Degree in Geology/Earth Science from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
