Doug Summerhill

Doug Summerhill is the VP and Head of Global Chartering at BP Shipping, where they lead all aspects of global chartering and commercial activities. With extensive experience in managing operational risk and stakeholder engagement, Doug has a proven track record of delivering transformational performance improvements, including a >300% profit increase over four years. Prior to their current role, Doug held various key positions within BP, including Refinery/Marketing Supply Manager and LPG Trader, and served as a Non-Executive Director at the International Foundation for Aids to Navigation since 2020. Doug is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
