Gabriel Ritter is currently the Gulf of Mexico Miocene Exploration Team Lead and the Western Hemisphere Renewal Geophysics Discipline Lead at bp, where they focus on managing exploration projects and ensuring technical excellence in geophysics. With a background in seismic interpretation and exploration geophysics, Gabriel has contributed to various roles at organizations such as USGS, Eni Petroleum, and CGGVeritas. They have expertise in leading diverse teams and fostering an inclusive work environment, and have co-instructed bp's internal diversity and inclusion course, Safe Space. Gabriel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geoscience from the University of Iowa.
