Isabel Mogstad

Isabel Mogstad is a Chief of Staff and Business Advisor at bp, where they lead federal advocacy on climate and sustainability issues, and develop policy positions for bp's low carbon and renewables objectives. Previously, Isabel held various managerial roles in policy and federal government affairs at bp from 2020 to 2022. They have also worked with the Environmental Defense Fund on energy innovation, and have consulting experience from Davis Bateson Consulting Group and Schlumberger. Isabel was recognized in Forbes 30 Under 30 and Energy and Greenbiz 30 Under 30 in 2019. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Economics, Magna Cum Laude, from Mount Holyoke College.
