Janak Mehta

Janak Mehta is a seasoned HR executive with extensive experience at bp since February 2008, currently serving as SVP, People Services & Solutions. Mehta has a proven track record in transforming HR functions through the strategic use of people and workplace data, which enhances business planning and decision-making. Previous roles at bp include VP, People Analytics and Group Head of HR Modernisation, where efforts focused on digitization and cultural change. Additionally, Mehta served as Group Head of HR Operations, Systems and Analytics, and Global HR Director for several domains. Before joining bp, Mehta was a Director in HR Consulting at PwC from March 1995 to February 2008. Academic credentials include a degree from City St George’s, University of London, obtained in 1994.
