Jane He

Jane Jane is a Senior Planning Engineer at bp, focusing on the development of offshore wind farms, including the Mona and Morgan projects. Previously, Jane served as a Senior Planner for the 1.4GW Sofia project at RWE UK, and as a Lead Planner for the 600MW Taiwan Changfang XiDong Offshore Windfarm at Lautec ApS, successfully delivering the project on schedule. Jane's experience at Vattenfall included roles as Process Lead for Project Planning and Lead Planner, where responsibilities encompassed the development of planning standards and project delivery for multiple offshore wind projects. Earlier career roles involved planning consultancy at MaitlandQS, including delay analysis, and project management consulting for the automotive sector at The PAC Group. Jane holds a Diploma in Construction Law from Leeds Beckett University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Machinery from Shanghai University of Engineering Science.
