Janine Erhard

Janine Erhard is a dynamic commercial manager with over 15 years of experience in marketing, sales, and sustainability transformation. Previously, Janine worked as a Junior Project Manager at Wella AG, where they enhanced employee productivity and streamlined distribution channels. Currently, Janine holds the position of Global Base Oil Sustainability Manager at bp, leading category strategy and procurement efforts. Janine has also held various roles at Shell, where they significantly improved brand awareness and developed sustainable aviation fuels.
