Kaushik Gohil

Kaushik Gohil is a highly experienced supply chain and operations professional currently serving as the Global Supply Chain Network Optimization Manager at bp since November 2024. Prior to this role, Kaushik held various significant positions at Castrol, including Deputy Manager of Manufacturing & Production Planning and Assistant Manager of Manufacturing, where responsibilities included leading manufacturing operations, production planning, and continuous improvement initiatives at the Silvassa lubricants plant. Previous experience includes a role as Operations Manager & Business Head for OYO Home, overseeing operations across multiple clusters, and Operations and Engineering Lead at Unilever, where operational reliability and production compliance were enhanced. Kaushik's early experience includes internships at Larsen & Toubro and Reliance Naval and Engineering Limited and significant involvement as a Production Specialist in the BAJA SAE India competition.
