Molly Culhane is a Business Integration Principal Analyst at BP, where they serve as the liaison between the central technology organization and the refineries, facilitating the deployment of new technology to enhance operational flexibility. Previously, they worked at Castrol as a Research & Development Manager, leading a team focused on product formulation. With a background in risk management as an Integrity Specialist and expertise in internal communications, Molly has contributed significantly to safety and operational efficiency within the industry. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Valparaiso University and an MBA in Marketing from Loyola University of Chicago.
