Nicola Buck is an experienced marketing leader currently serving as SVP Customer Value Proposition and Experience at bp since July 2020. Prior to this role, Nicola led marketing for BP Fuels North America, overseeing brands such as BP, Amoco, ampm, and ARCO across 7,000 gas and convenience stations while driving digital transformation and customer focus. With a background at British Petroleum dating back to 2004, Nicola held various positions including International Brand Strategy Manager and Global Fuels Brand and Communications Manager, leading teams in brand strategy development and marketing initiatives across multiple global markets. Earlier roles included Brand Manager positions at Boots Retail International and Boots Healthcare International. Nicola holds a Bachelor of Arts in German and Russian from the University of Nottingham and is a graduate of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the IRG 100 Leadership Program.
