Nigar Aghabayli

Nigar Aghabayli possesses extensive experience in human resources and organizational transformation, currently serving as Experience Lead for People & Culture Transformation at bp since February 2018. Nigar has held various roles at bp, including Business Advisor to SVP Transformation, Global Solutions Owner for Reward & Wellbeing, and Solutions Lead for Reward & Wellbeing. Prior to bp, Nigar worked as an HR Business Analyst at JLL and as an HR Systems & Reporting Advisor at Eni. Early career experience includes a role as HR Analyst at bp and Administrator at International Medical Corps. Nigar holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computational and Applied Mathematics from Baku State University.
