Paul Cheal is a seasoned professional in safety, risk management, and sustainability, with extensive experience across high-risk industries. They served as Health, Safety and Environment Manager at organizations such as Sunland Enterprises and Monadelphous, achieving significant improvements in safety performance. Currently, in their role as Project Manager at bp, they focus on harmonizing processes and defining technology for effective training of frontline staff.
