Paul Howard

Paul Howard is an experienced engineering professional with a career spanning over 28 years in the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as Engineering Team Leader at BP since August 2013, Paul has contributed significantly to the Global Projects Organisation, notably on the West Nile Delta Project and as Instrument & Control Lead for the Azerbaijan Developments, specifically the Shah Deniz Stage 2 Project. Prior to BP, Paul held various roles at ConocoPhillips from February 2003 to August 2013, including Senior Project Engineer and E/I/T & Automation Lead on the Jasmine Development Project. Earlier experience includes positions as a Systems Engineer at Phillips 66 and Brisco Engineering Limited, Projects Support Engineer at ARCO British Ltd, and Instrument Engineer roles at Offshore Design Engineering Ltd and Stork Protech Ltd. Paul holds a BSc(Hons) in Instrumentation Electronics from Anglia Polytechnic University.
