Shahzad Kasim

Shahzad Kasim is an accomplished Instrument and Controls Engineer with extensive experience in the electrical engineering field. Currently employed at BP since January 2012, Shahzad has developed expertise in troubleshooting electrical systems, designing control systems, and preparing detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD. Prior experience includes an internship at Jones & Carter, Inc., where responsibilities involved the design of low voltage power distribution systems and electrical troubleshooting. Notably, Shahzad has a background in aviation as a Pilot with GTA Air, Inc. and as a First Officer with Express Jet Airlines, alongside military experience as an Avionics Technician in the United States Navy, where maintenance and troubleshooting of F-14D aircraft systems were key responsibilities. Shahzad holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Houston.
