Rafael Angulo Flores

Rafael Angulo Flores is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in the energy sector and corporate communications. Currently serving as Communications Manager for bp in Spain and Portugal since July 2024, Rafael previously held key roles including Vice Chair of the Industrial Competitiveness & Innovation Working Group at Eurelectric and European Institutional Affairs at Enel Group, where responsibilities included managing stakeholder relations and policy development. With a solid background at Enel Green Power as Head of Global Content Strategy and Head of Communications for Mexico and Central America, Rafael has demonstrated expertise in content strategy and team leadership. Earlier experience at LLORENTE & CUENCA encompassed corporate communications management, client relations, and strategy design, supported by a degree in Journalism from the University of Navarra and an Executive MBA from Barna Management School.
