Ralph DeLeonardis is a retired professional with over 34 years of experience at BP, primarily focused on the management of Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) and External Affairs. They have a diverse background in the petrochemical industry, including extensive roles in Refining, Chemicals, and Exploration & Production, both onshore and offshore. DeLeonardis has demonstrated strong leadership skills by successfully building and managing multifunctional teams, overseeing multimillion-dollar projects and budgets, and engaging with various stakeholders, including media and government agencies. They hold a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Ohio University.
