Richard Fry

Richard Fry is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in design and digital transformation in the energy sector, currently serving as Global Director of DesignOps at bp since February 2005. In this role, Richard leads the Design Team in the Upstream Digital Factory, focusing on enhancing user experiences through a combination of Service Design, UX, and Visual Design. Richard has a history of managing significant compliance programs and financial regulatory reforms and has held various positions in business analysis and project management at companies such as Technilink Consultants, Lloyds TSB Registrars, Merrill Lynch, Legal & General, and Arthur Andersen & Co. Richard's educational background includes studies at Wilson's Grammar School.
