Rosie Wilson

Rosie Wilson has over 28 years of experience in human resources, primarily at bp since October 1995, where currently serves as the VP of People & Culture focusing on the People, Culture & Communications Transition. In this role, Rosie is responsible for implementing transformative processes within the team and capability. Previous roles include VP for Regions, Corporates & Solutions, Head of People & Culture for Regions, Cities & Solutions, and various leadership positions in talent management and organizational capability. Prior to bp, Rosie worked as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at Roxby Engineering. An educational background includes a PG Diploma in Employment Law & Practice and a PG Diploma in Human Resource Management, both from Robert Gordon University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from the same institution.
