Vishesh Saxena

Vishesh Saxena is a seasoned marine engineering professional with extensive experience in floating systems, naval architecture, and structural integrity management. Currently serving as the Lead Floating System Engineer at bp since November 2024, Vishesh leads the integrity management program for floating systems in the Gulf of Mexico. Prior to this, Vishesh worked at ExxonMobil from May 2019 to September 2024 as a Marine Engineer, overseeing structural and marine engineering for the Yellowtail FPSO and various FPSO, FSO, and topsides brownfield projects globally. Additional experience includes roles at Floating Solutions Consulting, where Vishesh focused on structural integrity management, and as a freelance naval architect, contributing to new construction projects. Vishesh began the career at Drydocks World in Dubai, working on the repair and refurbishment of jack-up rigs. Vishesh holds a Bachelor of Technology in Ocean Engineering and Naval Architecture from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
