Wadzanai Nyabeze is a seasoned process safety expert with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, particularly at bp, where responsibilities included leading Process Safety Management Programs and managing capital projects aimed at regulatory compliance and commercial growth. A former Reliability Engineer, Wadzanai focused on optimizing asset utilization and site maintenance. Additionally, Wadzanai serves as an Ambassador for One Young World, representing bp at international leadership summits. As the Founder of The Cactus Creative, Wadzanai curated unique event stationery and gifts.
