Wayne Hair is the Head of Finance Business and Technology for Africa, leading finance, customer, and procurement operations while overseeing digital transformation and business integration. With extensive experience at bp and various roles in logistics and customer operations, they have also contributed to the development of digital capabilities as a member of the Digital Committee. Wayne holds multiple degrees, including an Executive Coaching certificate from Duke University and a Postgraduate in Business Administration from the University of Cape Town.
