Yevgeniy Nikulin

Yevgeniy (Eugene) Nikulin is currently the Managing Counsel for M&A (Americas) at BP America, where they manage a team providing legal support for the company's M&A activities in the region. Previously, they held roles including Managing Counsel for BP Russia/Kazakhstan and Senior Attorney for BP Wind Energy, overseeing legal support for upstream and downstream businesses and engaging in project finance and M&A. Before joining BP, Yevgeniy worked as Counsel at Occidental Petroleum Corporation, focusing on international E&P and M&A transactions across multiple countries. Yevgeniy earned a Juris Doctor (cum laude) from the University of San Diego School of Law and is pursuing a BA in English at Irkutsk State Linguistic University.
