Ziru Zhang

Ziru Zhang, PE, Ph.D., is currently the Process Safety and Integrity Lead at bp, where they manage long-term operational risks and lead improvement plans in process safety. Prior to this role, Ziru served as the Corrosion and Production Chemistry Lead at bp and worked as a research associate at Ohio University, focusing on corrosion testing and multiphase flow modeling. Ziru earned a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Ohio University and holds both a BS and MS from Zhejiang University in the same field.
