Sven Hool is a seasoned Senior Executive and Transformation Leader with extensive experience in program and project management. Previously, they held multiple roles at Syngenta from 2006 to 2009, including Program Director for Global Business Services and Head of Global Legal & Intellectual Property Operations. From 2016 to 2018, Sven served as an Independent Consultant at DoTiUn Ltd., focusing on transformation programs for a global client base. Most recently, they have been the Managing Director at Roboyo from 2018 to 2023 and currently hold the position of Managing Director DACH at BP3 Global since 2024. Sven is also pursuing a Master’s degree at Universität Basel.
