Mathias Malzbender is the Head of Custom Accounts for Continental Europe. Based in Paris, he focuses on European strategies across the core to value-add risk spectrum and currently oversees the management of several accounts with total AUM in excess of €3 billion.
Mathias has 13 years of experience in European real estate. Previously he worked for Union Investment Real Estate for five years, where he held positions in both asset and investment management, most recently being responsible for acquisitions and disposals in France.
Mathias holds an MBA from the School of Business & Economics of Freie Universität in Berlin and qualified as a Certified Real Estate Investment Analyst with the German Society of Investment Professionals (DVFA) and the International Real Estate Business School (IREBS)
