Krystal Kirlis-Brochu

Krystal Kirlis-Brochu has extensive experience in relationship management and sales roles within the retirement and benefit plans industry. Krystal has worked at BPAS since 2015, starting as a Senior Sales Relationship Manager before being promoted to the role of Director of Relationship Management, National Accounts in 2023. Prior to BPAS, they worked at Alerus Financial as a Relationship Manager, where they developed strong relationships with top-tier Financial Advisers and implemented various client service initiatives. Before Alerus Financial, Krystal worked at Retirement Alliance, Inc. where they served as a Relationship Manager, leading a team and overseeing client service, business development, and client communication initiatives. Krystal also worked at ADP as a 401k Retirement Plan Specialist and at Fidelity Investments as a Senior 401K Retirement Specialist/Associate Client Service Manager. Throughout their career, Krystal has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills, a client-centric approach, and a dedication to improving overall client satisfaction and business growth.

Krystal Kirlis-Brochu attended Southern New Hampshire University from 2008 to 2013. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a field of study in Human Resources Management and Services.
