Davo Jefferson

Davo Jefferson, MPA, is a results-oriented workforce development strategist with extensive experience in counseling, public speaking, and training. They have served as an Executive Director at the Boston Planning & Development Agency, where they lead the PowerCorps Boston program, and have a proven track record in career coaching and program development. Prior roles include Career Development Manager at Year Up, where they achieved high job placement rates, and various leadership positions in community health and education. Davo earned a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Baruch College and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Cambridge College.
