Anthony Rudge

Anthony Rudge is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in corporate law. Since April 2002, Anthony has served as an Equity Partner at BPE Solicitors, leading the corporate team in handling mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, and public market transactions, while also providing a comprehensive range of services to entrepreneurs and both private and public companies. Prior experience includes roles as a Solicitor in the Corporate Department at Irwin Mitchell, Partner and head of the Corporate Department at Needham & James, Director at Hunt & Co, and Solicitor in the Corporate Department at Watson, Farley & Williams. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Exeter and completed secondary education at Eton College.
