Eu Han Lee

Mr. Lee joined BPEA in 2015 and leads our Debt Capital Markets efforts. Mr. Lee focuses on managing the firm’s overall relationship with lenders globally (investment / commercial banks and credit funds / direct lenders) to raise debt for new leverage buyout transactions, and manages leverage risk across the portfolio. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lee was the co-head of China Debt Capital Markets and was actively involved in sponsor leveraged finance transaction at Goldman Sachs Hong Kong. Before that, he worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch Hong Kong and Deutsche Bank in Hong Kong and New York in the leveraged finance practice.

Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, with a minor in Mathematics and Information Systems. He is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Bahasa.
