Alfonso Gasparini has a comprehensive work experience in the banking industry. Starting in 1991, they held various positions in the Finance Department at Unicredit until 1999. Alfonso then joined Banca Centrale della Repubblica di San Marino as the Head of Finance Department, responsible for managing the Bank's financial operations and the Funds of the Republic of San Marino. In 2001, they joined Banca Lombarda as the Head of Corporate Interest Rate Derivatives, where they established and managed a desk for selling Derivatives hedging products to Corporate Customers.
