Nicola Testa has a diverse work experience in various companies. Nicola is currently working at BPER Banca as the Head of IT Architecture and Shared Services. Prior to this, they held the position of Responsabile Servizio Enterprise Services and Design at BPER Banca. Before joining BPER Banca, Nicola worked at UBI Sistemi e Servizi S.C.p.A. as the Head of Shared Factory - Core & Omnichannel Services and also in the role of Digital Application Services. Nicola gained experience in Deutsche Bank as a Solution Architect, both as Vice President and AVP. Nicola also served as a Capital Market Solutions Manager at SIA-SSB S.p.A. Nicola'searly work experience includes the role of IT Architect at Ekar.

Nicola Testa obtained a Laurea degree in Ingegneria Informatica from Politecnico di Milano, where they studied from 1994 to 2000. Prior to that, they attended Liceo Scientifico from 1989 to 1994. In addition to their formal education, Nicola has obtained various certifications, including the PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate in Project Management in 2016, and multiple certifications from LinkedIn in cloud security, machine learning operations, artificial intelligence, and cloud architecture, among others.
