Paolo Randighieri

Paolo Randighieri is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and innovation, currently serving as the Group Digital Transformation Innovation Senior Manager at BPER Banca since December 1999. In this role, Paolo leads the implementation of omnichannel strategies and the development of direct channels for retail and small business customers, focusing on digital products and services, mobile payments, and fintech solutions. Previous roles at BPER Banca include Group Digital Transformation Innovation Manager, Group Online Services IT & Digital Project Manager, and Group IT Project Manager, where Paolo contributed to the design and development of ICT strategies for 12 banks within the Group. Additionally, Paolo has experience as an advisor for Italia Startup and has held earlier positions in software development and web design. Paolo holds an MSc in Management Engineering from the University of Exeter and a Master’s degree in Digital and Innovation Management from Alta Scuola Politecnica, along with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering.
