Salvatore Rato is an experienced professional in digital design and internal communication, currently serving as an Internal Communication Designer at BPER Banca since May 2015, following a decade in web design and digital banking channels. In this role, Salvatore embraces new challenges in internal communication while also coordinating digital transformation projects aimed at optimizing user experience across banking channels. Prior to this, Salvatore worked as a UX Web Designer at Netidea Webranking srl, focusing on conversion rate optimization and usability across various web projects. Salvatore holds a diploma in Web Design from Ial Emilia Romagna and a diploma in programming accounting from ITC L. Einaudi.
