Nicole Salaman

Nicole Salaman is a seasoned commercial property manager with extensive experience in managing Class A office buildings in Phoenix, AZ. Currently serving as a Commercial Property Manager at Equus Capital Partners, Ltd. since December 2022, Nicole previously held roles as a Real Estate Manager at Ryan Companies US, Inc. and Regional Property Manager at BH Properties. Prior to these positions, Nicole was a Real Estate Manager in Property Management at CBRE, Inc., and also worked as a Real Estate Representative at Opus Northwest. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lake Forest College and a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from the University of Washington.
