Vivek K Vishnudas

Vivek K Vishnudas has a diverse work experience in the biotech and research industry. Vivek is currently the VP of Drug Discovery Non Clinical Dev CTO and R&D Site Head at BPGbio Inc., a position they started in January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at BERG LLC, where they held various roles such as Sr VP Preclinical Discovery & Chief Technology Officer, Senior Vice President Drug Discovery & Platform Sciences, Chief Technology Officer- Head of Drug Discovery, and Vice President Research & Development. During their time at BERG LLC, Vivek led drug discovery programs, managed interdisciplinary teams, and worked closely with regulatory, analytics, and biomarker teams. Before joining BERG LLC, they worked at Cytotech Labs LLC as a Scientist, focusing on target discovery in areas such as oncology, endocrinology, and neurology. Vivek also has research experience as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Boston Biomedical Research Institute and as a Graduate Teaching Fellow at the University of Vermont. Vivek started their career as a Junior Research Fellow at the National Center For Biological Sciences.

Vivek K Vishnudas has a strong educational background with degrees in various fields. Vivek completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Global Business Administration from The Fletcher School at Tufts University between 2022 and 2024. Prior to their business studies, they pursued a Ph.D. in Biology with a focus on Cell and Molecular Biology at the University of Vermont from 2001 to 2006. Vivek also holds a Master's degree in Biochemistry, which they obtained from the National Dairy Research Institute, Karnal from 1995 to 1998.
